ORDERING

We ship a minimum of two fans per plant unless specifically noted in the individual plant description.

QUALITY PROMISE

We ship healthy plants that have been field grown with a little organic fertilizer, and we water only as needed if we are experiencing drought conditions. We grow from root stock only, which helps us identify the plants that do well in our Zone 6b garden. If you are unhappy with your plants for any reason, please let us know. We will gladly offer an exchange or a full refund if plants are returned within 48 hours with the tags still attached.

Please keep in mind that each cultivar’s performance characteristics are given by the hybridizer when the cultivar is registered. The height, branching, bud count, rebloom, etc. all reflect the specific growing conditions in the location where the hybridizer developed the plant. Performance of an individual cultivar may vary greatly from location to location, depending on many factors.

SHIPPING

Blue Barn Daylilies only ships in the Continental U.S. Shipping begins in mid-August and continues through the end of September. Shipping is always dependent on weather conditions, as we strive to ship our customers only freshly-dug plants. We will be as flexible as possible given the vagaries of Mother Nature.

Blue Barn Daylilies ships via Priority Mail (unless otherwise requested by the customer). Shipping costs $12.00 plus $2.00 for each plant ordered. If you provide an e-mail address we will send USPS tracking information.

If you live near our central Indiana location, you may arrange to pick up your order if you prefer, with no shipping charges.

PAYMENT

Orders placed on the website must be paid using PayPal, bank transfer or credit card. You may also pay by Venmo or personal check. If you choose a payment option other than PayPal you must email your order to me and I will send you an invoice for payment. Indiana residents must add 7% sales tax to your order.

**If you pay by check, your selection will only be held for 8 days while awaiting your check’s arrival and bank clearance. Make checks payable to ‘Blue Barn Daylilies’ and mail to Holly Brunner, 7923 Englewood Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46240.

BONUS

When possible, we include bonus plants of our choice with orders over $50. You are welcome to make requests, but we cannot guarantee your preference will be available. Sometimes the bonus will be extra fans of the plant(s) you ordered.
